Core Issues

Education:
Free quality education up to graduation for everyone: The fee structure for all govt or private school/colleges will be same and recruitment of the teachers will be done only by retired principals or head masters/head mistress who will be arranged by the education department and there will not be any management quota associated further.

Safe drinking water and sanitation:
Practically there is no need to provide piped water, because it’s not possible to provide clean water to each and everyhome and nobody is bothered about this piped water, as ground water is safer than piped water. leaders in government are only wasting our money onsuch nonsensical project. 

To provide toilets to every house in the country is waste of money, because there is no evidence that supports stating that people fall ill due to going to toilet in open space, I think it is vital for our body and mind to be in open spaces. 

Going for toilet in the open is safer than going to toilets inside the villages; cities needed it because there is no open space for toilets. People walk around two-three kilometer every day which is good for health and mind when they go to attend the natures call in open spaces. This project also will be stopped immediately which would save money of our public.

Neglect of Indian languages:
The medium of imparting knowledge particularly in the science subject is English. Students in rural areas who are not well versed in English, cannot study science properly, due to which they suffer a lot.  Indian languages are still under developed and not given full respect. Standard publications are also not available in Indian language. Our party will make Indian Language a compulsory languagefor teaching and English will be optional. In all school, colleges, universities and institutions teaching mediumwill bethrough regional languages and English will be optional. All office work will be in regional or in national language “Hindi”. 

Sanskrit will be compulsory language in school, in medical and engineering courses as well as regional language will be a compulsory subject to pass. 

Save public properties and lives:
We will never perform RALLIES, ANDOLAN, BHOOKHHADTAL or PRADARSHAN to avoid deterioration of public property and putting people’s life in danger.

Electricity Transmission Management:
The ratio of electricity distribution between villages and cities will be equal means 50% of total production will be for villages and 50% will be for cities.

Removal of Leaders Name from Various Places:
Naming roads, govt. buildings, business institutions will not be done in the name of leaders, however it will be in the name of freedom fighter or in the name of respective govt officer and this will be changed shortly. All projects will be in the name of govt official and will be replaced for example: as “Ambedkar Gram Yojna’ to “State Gram Yojna”  

Stop of Chhatra Sanghas or Chhatra Prishads: 
We will immediately band these types of sangh’s from colleges, universities and other type of institutions, this would build a good environment for students and increase their potential.

Games and Players:
Now a days only those players can afford to participate in national or international level whoever have crores of rupees and many good players who deserve are not able to take part due to lack of funds. Actually street players are more better and are not given opportunities, as currently there are many players who are just selected because they know very good English and come from good financial status families despite that there are not good in there game.   

We will completely change the system and the way the players are selected to play national or international level games for our country. We will select players who have real talent in  the mand not basis money, education or fluency in English. Moreover, we will form a govt association for all type of games and players will be selected in open competitions in tahseel and district level. The honorarium will be fixed for all players and reward and prizes will be given by the government will also be fixed.

Eliminating of Unemployment:
Our aim is to give at least one member of each familya suitable Govt. job in the country. Pay scale will be same for all type of posts except IAS, IPS, PCS, IFS, IRS, ILS. 

The age will also be decided to become president, Prime Minister or Chief Minister along with specified qualification criteria for these type of leadership positions. The minimum qualification to enter politics will be set as graduation and minimum qualification to become President will be post graduation along with outstanding work experience in his/her field. The age limit will not be more than 60 years. The Prime Minister and Chief Minister should not be less then Postgraduates in any discipline; however preference will be given to candidates who would have done PG in respective ministry field. 

An Illiterate person cannot become a gram pradhan and he/she should be at least 12th school certificate holder. There will be no quota for any disabled person. A Govt. job will be given for un-disabled family members and disabled people will get scholarship. 

Our offices, shops, hospitals, factories and industries will run 365X24X7 and remuneration will be on an hour basis. This kind of system is already working in several foreign countries. Employee can come to their work places at any time and can go any time only duty hours will benefit them. This system will help to give employees more than three times because this system will work in three shifts.

Health:
Our party will make provision to give better treatment and cashless treatment in govt. as well as in private hospitals. In this project we will provide a doctor and a nurse for each gram panchayat and the services will available 24X7. Many super specialtyhospitals will be established in each tahseel. The cost of the treatment will be covered from the patient’s tax amount which was collected from them indirectly. There are 250,000-gram panchayats in our country and with many hospitals built would give jobs to 250000 doctors and 250000 nurses. There are 5412 tahsil and in creating multispecialty hospital there will also create more than 550000 jobs easily. After implementing this system nobody will die without taking treatments.

Women Issues:
There are various issues and problems which women generally face in the society in India. Some of the problems are mentioned and described below:

Selective abortion and female infanticide:
This is the most common practice from many years in India in which abortion of female fetus is performed in the womb of mother after the fetal sex determination. Selective sex abortion by the medical professionals are still done.

Sexual harassment:
It is the form of sexual exploitation of a girl child at home, streets, public places, transports, offices, etc by the family members, neighbors, friends or relatives.

Dowry and Bride burning:
This is another problem generally faced by women of low- or middle-income class family, during or after the marriage. Parents of boys demandlot of money from the bride’s family to be rich with easy money. Many instances have happened where the grooms family have been involved in bride burning casesdue to unfulfilled dowry demand. In 2005, around 6787 dowry death cases were registered in India according to the Indian National Crime Bureau reports.

Disparity in education:
The level of education given to females is less than men still in the modern age. Female illiteracy is higher in the rural areas. where over 63% or more women remain unlettered.

Domestic violence:
This is increasing like epidemic and this wide spread of disease affects almost 70% of Indian women according to the women and child development official. It is done mostly by the husband, relative or other family members.
Girls are given no property rights like boys.

Child Marriages:
Early marriagesare doneby the girl’s parents toescapegiving dowry. It is highly practiced in the rural India.

Inadequate Nutrition:
Inadequate nutrition in the childhood affects women in their later life especially women belonging to the lower middle class and poor families.

Domestic violence and status in the family:
Abuse or violence against women. Women are considered as inferior to men and they are not allowed to join military services and many other services. 

Status of widows:
Widows are considered as worthless in the Indian society. They are treated poorly and forced to wear white clothes.

We will work towards making our system more women centric so that women of our country are given the same status in the society.

Security for all (Internal):
In this mission we will set a Police check post in every gram panchayat, which will help in increase the employment in police department along with restoring faith in the public to feel more secure. This mission will provide more than 250000 jobs immediately in the police department.

Security for all (External):
Recruitment of jawans will be done through a new system, which is that they will be selected from schools and colleges without any exam and competition, however there would be a basic eligibility level related to their height, weight and health status. No relaxation will be given basis on reservations. Officer grade recruitment will be done with fewer revision to the existing procedure. 
The compensation appointments will be compulsory, and the family will get a suitable job within fifteen days with minor formalities like identity and education,nonetheless theywould not be going through any examination and competition. 
The security budget for the country will be increased 5 times more in comparison to the current budget.

Foreign policies:
The cost of foreign items are minimum 200% costly, we will work towards bringing the foreign companies product to be sold on Indian rates like our Indian company does. Indian company shirts cost Rs.1000/- hence the foreign company’s shirt’s rate should not be more than 10% costlier. 

Fuel Prices Management (like Diesel and Petrol):
We will work towards making Diesel and petrol Rs.10-15/- per liter and not more than this. Our Indian vegetable oils must not be below Rs.100/- per liter.

Farmers Benefits:
Seeds, medicine and fertilizers must not be more than Rs.10/- per Kg. Within every 50 hectare a tube well will be provided, and renewable energy use will be prioritized this system must be installed free of cost to all homes in the country. Mandi for every gram panchayat will be made and crops will be sold by the government on controlled rates, the amount will be transferred immediately in the farmers account directly. We will make the system in such a way that all the money earned is paid to the farmers, there is no unpaid amount left. There will be no subsidy system as we would give all benefits more than subsidies.

Old animals by the farmers will be released and sent to the forests in India, where they will be happy,and the farmers can sleep in their homes without any tension.

Taxes and levies:
Everyone will pay indirect taxes and there will not be any direct tax. All type of taxes must be included in the item purchased which is currently in force, but in the current system they are collecting direct and indirect taxes both, however we will make the system in such a way that it would enable everyone to pay tax. If the tax is included in the price assigned to each item than nobody can avoid paying tax. Through this system there would be no fear of tax in payers and will also help incurbing cases such as bribes given to tax officials and similarly the officials will also not threaten tax payers. This will completely be eliminated. With this all individuals as well as all business men will be away from corruption and the corruption rate will be zero. Hence there would be no need to perform dharna, pradarshan, bhookhhadtal, aandolan and rallyies. Our revenue would increase, save revenue, property and lives.

Financial and Banking system:
All banks will charge the interest rates which they are paying to their customers against their deposit accounts. Banks will also make sure that documents verification process is not conducted for any existing customer in the same bank if the customer branch is situated anywhere in the world.

Management of Judicial system 
Free lawyer to both the parties will be provided and the fees of the layer will be paid by the govt. This will help to give employment to most of the lawyers. The fees must be decided by the govt and will be paid on hearing basis. The full control on lawyers will be in the hands of the govt and after retirement they will receive pension as well. The police officials will not sit in police station, but all police officials must be in the field.

All acts before 1947 will be revised thoroughly and double acts will be eliminated. In jails the sajayaftakaidi must not control other new prisoners, this work will be given to the police and sajayafta should be treated like all other prisoners. The traffic police can’t charge penalty against wrongly parked vehicles if they don’t have parking area with the respected police station.

Privatization
Private system will completely be eliminated whether they are banks, schools, colleges, universities and any other type of institutions. The mediator system will eliminate in all type of govt offices. All employees will be either regular or on temporary basis, but will not work under and mediator.

Hawkers and Street Markets:
All street markets will completely be eliminated, and hawkers must be given closed or locked shops or offices for a long time. Shop or office premises owner will get the rent from the govt and the shopkeeper and hawkers should pay the rent to the govt. This process will be done as per the agreement process. 

Equal Salary System:
Pay scale system will also be provided to all type of leaders except President, Prime Minister and Chief Minister and no pension and other PF, gratuity will be given to any leader. The salary scale must be same for all position holders as specified above and for other grades will be same; however, they will get more benefits as per the post like vehicle, security, phone, residence, servants etc.

Awards and Rewards:
Award will not be given posthumous except army and police officials. The pending awards will be given immediately without any delay.

Stop Migration towards the Cities within India: 
Migration should bestopped towards the cities in our country, we will give employment at their residents. This action increases crowd in cities as well as traffic and pollution. If the migration is prevented by giving employment at their resident nobody will be attracted towards the cities and govt will not feel the need to make more and more flyovers, metros, mono rails and bullet trains and we can say a very huge amount can be savedwhich can be spent on employment. This rule will not be valid to those who are migrating outside India. This action will help to stop wasting money and time of country. To succeed in this project, we need very less financial investment, because the migrants may not need home residence, vehicle to go to office or work place through this the environment can be saved from pollution. The area of corruptions will also be reduced to zero.

Don't confuse with "DEVELOPMENT" and RESERVATION. Think a moment, If we availied all these we automatically become developed and nobody will ask for reservation. Please share your ideas!
