Kashyap was a paramedical staff in Kailash Hospital, Noida. He is a Director of Red flower Publication Pvt. Ltd. The publication house is publishing books and journals on several fields on medical and science. His political carrier was started in 2012 and got the ticket from Aam Adami Party for Lok Sabha Seat Shahjahanpur, UP in 2014 election.
